Shipping & Returns Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
  • Order delivery typically takes 7-14 business days from the day the item was shipped to you.
  • It is of high importance that you state the correct shipping address during check out.
  • We will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays or during inclement weather.
  • We ship free of cost in the U.S, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. 
  • As soon as your order is ready to ship from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, YOU COULD RECEIVE THEM IN SEPARATE SHIPMENTS!

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it, free of make-up, deodorant stains and free of odor. The item(s) must have original tags and labels, shoes must have original boxes. 

 

For U.S orders, the item(s) must be sent back to us within 10 days from the day it was delivered to you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned/exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds 

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

 

Exchange Process

For US orders:

1. Please fill out and include our Return Slip Form which is part of the invoice that comes with your original order and mark whether you need a refund or an exchange. If you lose or misplace your return slip, please contact us (customersupport@myroyalcloset.com) and we will email you one for your return.

2. We only allow 1 time exchange per item and as a courtesy shipping will be free. We cannot exchange an item more than once.

 

 Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are Non-Refundable.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
